Sub-processors
Running DTDT means relying on a small number of specialist providers. Each one is bound by a data processing agreement and may only use data to deliver its service to us.
Version 1.0 · In effect from 16 August 2026
Current sub-processors
| Provider | What it does | Processing location |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase (managed database, authentication and file storage) | Stores accounts, job records, messages and proof photos/videos. | United Kingdom (London) |
| Resend | Sends tracker links, approval requests and job notification emails. | European Union / United Kingdom |
| Google (Gemini via the Lovable AI gateway) | Optional assistance features: reading proof captures for expectation checks and generating setup suggestions. Content is not used to train models. | European Union / United States |
| Cloudflare | Serves the website and application, and protects it from abuse. | Global edge network |
Changes
This page is updated before a new sub-processor starts handling customer data. Businesses using DTDT can object to a change; if we cannot resolve the objection, they may end their use of the service and have their data deleted.
